Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How do I get into the program?
    You will need to follow the LinkedIn page called Asia Mentors Circle. More details and the next steps will be provided there.

  2. How will mentees be selected for the program?
    The mentees who meet the criteria and follow the LinkedIn Page can request to join the AMC Linkedin Group pending approval from the Founders. Once granted access to the LinkedIn Group, potential mentees are encouraged to fill out the mentee application form to be considered by the Founders for final placement in the program.  For those mentees not selected in the first cohort, we will maintain an active potential mentee database and will consider them for the subsequent cohorts.

  3. How much does the program cost?
    The selected mentee will contribute USD 5000 (equivalent local currency) directly to any one of the two AMC-identified charities on our website and provide proof of the donation before the commencement of the mentorship. This is part of the broader goal of AMC to make a difference to the community by contribution from our mentees.

  4. How much time do I need to commit and will the program take?      
    The program for each cohort is designed over 6 months for 12 mandatory interactions of an hour each with the mentor. Additionally, there will be open sessions with external guest speakers which are voluntary to attend.

  5. How will confidentiality be maintained during this program?
    The mentors will maintain strict confidentiality and ensure there is no conflict of interest between the mentor and mentee
