MENTEE SELECTION PROCESS

Our mentees are aspiring and purpose-driven healthcare leaders from any country in Asia-Pacific with an excellent performance record. You must view leadership as a privilege and measure success by the business growth and the social impact you create.   

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have lived and worked within Asia-Pacific for at least 5 years. 

  • Currently hold leadership positions one or two levels from the Asia Pacific President/CEO at multinational organizations and be identified as central to the company’s succession plan.

  • Have at least 15 years of work experience, including significant time as a senior executive (Director and above) and a member of the country/regional leadership.

 

The founding mentors form the selection committee and will personally evaluate each application based on:

  • Leadership achievements

  • Current level of responsibility

  • Demonstrated commitment to the purpose of making a positive societal impact.

We believe that what goes around comes around. To foster the cycle of giving back, selected mentees will be requested to contribute to one of these designated charities before the commencement of the program.
