Wayne is a seasoned business leader who brings over 25+ years in senior leadership roles having led the Asia Pacific region for GN Hearing and Cooper Vision. He has lived and worked in Australia, China and Singapore and is currently based in Sydney.​

In his career journey, he has been instrumental in developing leadership talent and continues to give back to the next generation of leaders by delivering leadership programs and is also an ICF certified coach. Wayne is a graduate of UNSW in both Law and Marketing.

He has been married for 30+ years and has three adult children. He is an avid world adventure traveller, marathon runner who has completed 10 marathons, has studied, and performed in improvised theatre.​
